The name Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä is derived from the Goblin language, as Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä was founded by Mbōr Cā́chvō̋ 'Calvin Bianca' Rē̌shvoī Mp̪vē Yawmē̋ch Vúó̄ Haw̄, who was culturaly Goblin.

Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1247, by Mbōr Cā́chvō̋ 'Calvin Bianca' Rē̌shvoī Mp̪vē Yawmē̋ch Vúó̄ Haw̄. The establishment of Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä lost 291 people, 260 livestock, and 40 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 221, when members of Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy religious figure. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Pá̂ Lerlē Ni̋ēkēä's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
